Compensation
$80,000–$110,000 base salary, plus performance-based incentive compensation

About the role

TTwelve is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, engage, and develop relationships with multifamily owners and investment professionals.

This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on creating productive conversations with organizations that fit TTwelve’s customer profile. The Sales Representative will work closely with the Director of Business Development to research prospects, initiate relationships, qualify opportunities, and advance prospective customers through the commercial process.

The objective is not simply to generate activity. It is to identify organizations where TTwelve can solve a meaningful ownership problem and build relationships with the people responsible for those portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective TTwelve customers.
  • Conduct thoughtful outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, industry networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Qualify prospects based on portfolio characteristics, ownership structure, management arrangements, and operating needs.
  • Schedule and participate in introductory meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospective customers.
  • Support proposals, sales materials, meeting preparation, and customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline information.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of TTwelve, multifamily operations, and the challenges facing property owners.
  • Coordinate closely with the Director of Business Development on active opportunities.
  • Build long-term relationships rather than focusing solely on immediate transactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, real estate, financial services, technology, or professional services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, persistent, and disciplined in follow-up.
  • Comfortable communicating with senior professionals.
  • Ability to learn financial, operating, and technical concepts quickly.
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while operating within a disciplined sales process.

Relevant experience

Exposure to commercial real estate, multifamily, property management, investment management, data services, SaaS, or financial information products is helpful.

Success in this role

Success will be measured by qualified conversations generated, opportunities created, pipeline contribution, conversion of outreach into meetings, follow-up discipline, and contribution to closed business.
