Director of Digital Marketing
Compensation
$90,000–$120,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus

About the role

TTwelve is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and manage the company’s presence across relevant professional and digital channels.

TTwelve communicates with multifamily owners, investment professionals, operators, and other sophisticated real estate audiences. Our social presence should reflect that. The objective is to publish informed, useful, timely content that builds credibility, expands TTwelve’s audience, and contributes to meaningful commercial relationships.

This is an editorial and distribution role, not a high-volume consumer social-media position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage TTwelve’s social publishing calendar.
  • Create original content around multifamily operations, property performance, ownership, management accountability, and relevant market developments.
  • Translate complex ideas and analysis into concise, useful social content.
  • Monitor industry developments and identify timely opportunities for commentary.
  • Manage TTwelve’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant professional channels.
  • Coordinate written, graphic, video, and short-form content production.
  • Manage publishing, community engagement, and response workflows.
  • Maintain a consistent TTwelve voice and visual standard across channels.
  • Repurpose research, reports, articles, and company materials into channel-appropriate content.
  • Track audience quality, engagement, traffic, inquiries, and content performance.
  • Test topics, formats, distribution methods, and publishing cadence.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing and Business Development on larger campaigns and commercial priorities.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience managing social media for a B2B, financial, real estate, technology, professional-services, or other sophisticated brand.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong editorial and visual judgment.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn and professional social distribution.
  • Ability to make complex subjects accessible without oversimplifying them.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Comfortable using analytics to evaluate content performance.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent publishing discipline.

Relevant experience

Experience in real estate, finance, investment management, economic research, data products, or B2B technology is particularly valuable.

Success in this role

Success will be measured by growth of the right audience, quality of engagement, website traffic, content-driven inquiries, publishing consistency, and TTwelve’s increasing visibility and authority within the multifamily ownership market.
